Warranty FAQs

Is general wear and tear covered in the warranty?

No, our three year warranty does not cover wear and tear from accidents, misuse or improper care. General wear and tear usually describes the breakdown of materials that occurs naturally over time such as scratches or dents.

Can I increase my warranty period past 3-years?

Yes, we are happy to discuss extended warranties! Bespoke warranty options and SLAs are available. If you wish to add this to your order, please get in touch with one of our account managers.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to here this. Send a photo of the damaged item and box to our team at RMA@intelligentbrokerage.co.uk. Include your order number as well so we can look into getting you a new one asap.
